In Mexico side you see speed bumpers almost in each corner. I believe is because traffic laws in Mexico are not as stringent.
In California is different?|||There are a lot of speed bumps in city's in California. I also wanted to say that you are doing very good learning English. I could never learn Spanish because it would be to hard for me but i would like to learn Spanish.|||Highways: None
Neighborhood Streets: Everyday
Entering Outlets: All the time|||not very often any more, at least where i am driving.|||The main time you will see speed bumps are in parking lots, there are not many others, although this depends where you are at, in bigger cities (San Fransisco) you will encounter them more often, in a smaller town (Saratoga) they are rarer.
