We lived in Utah when our papers were filed. He was ordered to pay child support. Now he's moved to California and the child support department there has received the case. He hasn't worked in a year. Hasn't paid any support in 6 months since his unemployment ended. What will they do to him there? Here in Utah they take away your drivers license first, then put you in jail if it goes over a certain amount. Anyone know?|||No room in the jails here.

They will send him a nasty letter threatening to attach his wages.|||In the United States child support enforcement is also handled largely at the state level, but non compliant parents who meet certain criteria, such as traveling across state lines to circumvent orders or owing more than two years of support payments, may be subjected to federal prosecution under the Federal Deadbeat Punishment Act.[71].|||HA! Girl they will go to court for being in contempt of it....

YOU WILL BE PUT ON THIS SITE!
