When will it start snowing in California this year?|||Usually late november to early December in the higher elevations.|||Where? California is the 4th largest state in the USA and ranges from sea level to over 14,000 feet. California has glaciers where the snow turns to ice and never melts.|||It doesn't snow in California|||Well, it will be snowing in Mt. Shasta and Lake Tahoe in January.
