The math just doesn't work. A full third of all Americans on welfare have moved to California while businesses are leaving in droves and taking their jobs to states with lower taxes. Is there any way for this state to survive?|||The state will have to lower what it spends, specifically on social programs so the state isn't a haven for welfare recipients. Once it lowers what it spends, it can lower its taxes and begin to attract those who pay taxes.|||There wouldn't be a high number of welfare recipients if the Case Workers would do their job correctly and investigate people to see if they really do deserve assistance. My best friends aunt always scammed the welfare office, she drove a new car, shopped at the mall constantly and never worked in her life. She always told us to follow her example and forget about going to college. Another thing too, why the hell do social workers let the families know they are showing up on a certain day? This only makes people put up a fake family portrait where everybody is as happy as the Leave it to Beaver family. Once the social worker leaves, the family becomes dysfuntional again and the house is filthy. Grr at it all.|||Increase money by creating new turism packages
