Municipal codes are, by definition, the codes adopted by cities or counties. The codes for all of California are the state codes: Penal Code, Civil Code, Labor Code, etc.|||No such site. The poster above me has provided a link to a site that carries all State laws, but municipal codes are, by definition, specific to each municipality. Some cities and counties place their codes online, some do not.
