My fiance and I planned a trip to California in a month. He decides to tell me that 6 years ago, he got a speeding ticket there and didn't pay on it. I'm wondering how to go about doing anything for his ticket. We are planning on renting a car while we are there and I don't know if that ticket will affect him renting one.
