california: I heard many different answers but I want the fact. Do you have to re-apply for your permit? Do you have to take the laws test agian? Do you have to wait 6months 3months or two weeks after failing or getting your new permit? The California DMV website says nothing. I guess not many people fail three times.|||Some DMV they have a limit how many time you can have a test. If they did not pass they have to go to school for that. You should stop any DMV and asked a Question about that.|||Correct answer in California is you have to restart the whole entire process over again. I asked the DMV.
