The website of the california tax board is being(purposefully I think) vague.|||If you register for a login at FTB.GOV, they will give you some idea when to expect a refund.|||I submitted my return electronically on Tues Feb 16th and the money was deposited into my account today, Feb 24th. So they are coming through!
