Well since they don't have the money to even gove back tax returns I'm not surprised at the amount of people moving out the people republik of kalifornistan. Kalifornistan should break off and sink. I heard a lot of govt and state jobs are gonna be cut this month!!|||There's going to be a vote on Friday. The plan includes a series of tax increases and program cuts, plus a special spending cap (which will go to voters to see if we want to continue it). Annoyingly, a lot of the tax breaks are for companies that operate outside of California. Businesses that operate exclusively in California will not receive the breaks. Fun fact: California pays the most federal taxes but gets the least federal benefits of any US state.|||As soon as congress sends them our money|||does Cali even know how to budget LOL
