We are outside sales reps that are not paid a salary or an hourly wage, we are commission based. Can they force us to come in on Saturdays, according to California Labor Laws?|||lets just put it this way, they cant force their employees to do anything that they dont want to do. but dont expect to have a job the next day....if california is an "at will" state you can be fired for any reason or no reason at all at ANY time|||California is an at-will state which means there aren't too many restrictions on what your employer can do. Saying that, your employer can make you work six days a week and can make you work on Saturdays. That being said, you have the right to terminate your employment at any time as does your employer.
