california: whats your favorite part about living in hollywood, california? or somewhere else california. favorite stores, restraunts,etc. anywhere, just tell me! i want to live there when i get older and i might go this coming summer or summer of 2010.|||i live in san diego but i have gone to los angeles and san francisco, cali's largest cities. but i wouldn't live anywhere else but san diego. what i really like about SD is the weather, the people, activities and the lifestyle. the weather is sunny year round and we can go to the beach every day if we want to and u never get bored. i guess the atmosphere of the city and just the idea of living in california maybe even makes me say "don't you wish you lived in california?" it's just really cool, the beaches, very nice people especially around the coast and downtown areas. a variety of cultures and everyone just going about their business in a big city but in a relaxed fashion. definitely move to san diego because LA is just like a big city but yo have to be in like central LA to grasp it whereas in SD you can be anywhere and it just feels different. San Francisco is really exciting too. maybe even more than SD but there it just depends on your preferences. when you come really take the time to explore SD and SF to decide for yourself. San Francisco is mostly a high end city with rich people and everything is close being the city of SF is just 7 by 7 miles. it all depends on your preferences|||I don't live in Hollywood anymore, but I grew up there and visit my parents often. Mostly, I enjoy the food places. There's Pink's on LaBrea that serves what most people consider the best chili dogs in the world. There's the Hot Wings Cafe on Melrose between LaBrea and Highland. I usually get a tray of 100! There's the California Chicken Cafe also on Melrose between LaBrea and Highland. The chicken pasta salad is great! If you're young, the Jack In The Box on Highland is open 24/7. There's just too many places to name. Hollywood just has to be experienced.|||go swimming at el matador beach in malibu (dont kill me locals xD)[DONT GO SWIMMING AT VENICE!!! despite the frequent good water ratings, the entire storm drain system for l.a. lets out at venice beach.. EWWW ;P i live near and i go there all the time so i know] go shopping on melrose in hollywood.. and the third street promenade in santa monica Panini's Pizzaria on Sunset Blvd. in west hollywood yummm and Alejos trattoria in Marina Del Rey ughhh my mind is at a total block right now. i'll add more another time.|||I love the Scenery. I live in the San Francisco bay are and it is such a nice place to live. The city is great to hang out in, we have real hippies who are always fun to watch, we are close to most national parks and they are not hard to get to, and we are far enough away from gay *** LA|||the really long sidewalks that stretch along the beach. those are really cool. you can ride your bike or skate.|||I don't like California.. It feels so far from everything and in the middle of nowhere.. ocean on one side, desert on the other...|||i live here n i dont see whats so special about it|||My favorite part about California is that you don't live here.|||my favorite part of california is heber or cow town lolz i love where i live<3
