Universal had a "buy one day, get the rest of the year free" promo, but I believe that just ended. I have not heard of any other "free day" offers. Most expire before spring break. The best deals I have seen are at funex.com, and citypass.com. City pass has combo tickets for Disneyland, Universal, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo, but not those other two parks.
