california: I want it to be family friendly with good middle and high schools. It needs to be affordable and close to the beach. Preferably towards the middle of California. I also don't want it to be in a super busy city.|||L.A.!!!!! You can watch the los angelos lakers all day!|||Silver Strand. But it has a very strong "local only" presence. That would only mean something to you if you are a die hard surfer. Beach is great. Town is great. People are great. But most people commute to their jobs.|||Pismo Beach, Grover Beach, Arroyo Grande, Morro Bay, Los Osos and Avila are nice, affordable and not too crowded. Enjoy your stay.|||Can only be Santa Cruz for you! And they have one of the best pizza establishments in the country, Pizza My Heart.
