What is the california law about master commissary agreement? In a private organization, such as a swap meet is it legal for 1 person to own all the rights of the master commissary? Can that person have a total monopoly inside the organization and not let anyone else in?|||Yes.
Anti-trust rules do not apply within a single business such as a swap meet.
