My friend who lived in nevada had a pending dependency case in Californian. When she had her baby in Nevada, A california judge issued a warrant for her to surrender her baby to California CPS. Was this legal? And if she never saw the warrant how can she get proof of the warrant?|||It sounds like an order, not a warrant. Either way, it is legal to issue it but it cannot be enforced in Nevada. Once she steps into California it can be enforced.
