Please, if you have been or know/knew someone on probation in California or are a PO in California, I would really appreciate your help with this. If you can, I would like a complete list. Thank you!|||All Controlled Substances including alcohol Cough medicine that has alcohol in it, Prescription Meds and non prescription meds.
It all depends what your charges are for.
If narcotic
then Everything
If Alcohol then probably just for Alcohol
Talk to your PO and take a proactive approach to the program that they give you. Your PO can either be your best friend in court or your worst enemy it all depends on you.
