Everywhere has it's hazards, we have earthquakes, Other places have hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, ice damage Eventually we will get taller mountains.|||i wouldn't live there now just cuz of all the liberals and the ridiculous prices.|||i see many cliffs in it's future, i do live in CA cause i was born here,so were my great grand parents, the others were from Texas and Denmark,and Puerto Rico, i have thought up a new name for CA when it happens but I'd like to sell the name.|||After several millions of years it will be sliding up to Oregon/Washington (and become beach front property) This moves at the rate that your finger nails grow. So no big issues right now (unless you farm oranges)
